Step 1: Selecting a Number

There are several ways to select a number depending on the database MemoTxt is connected to, but the most efficient is to simply type the name of the person you wish to send a message to into the "Enter name or number" field. MemoTxt will automatically retrieve the details from your database - in this example, the Microsoft Outlook Contacts List. Once you have selected one person, you can of course, select as many more recipients as you wish.

NB: MemoTxt is designed to accept names in a similar manner to the database it is connected to. In Outlook, this is by typing the name just as you would when choosing a name for an email.
